About Paul
Paul Hatton is a director of Telesphorus Health Limited, which runs The Dementia Service. He is also the service's Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
As Registered Manager, he makes sure our services meet CQC requirements for diagnostic and screening procedures and for the treatment of disease, disorder or injury. He leads our governance and compliance, policy development, staff training and infection control standards.
Paul has more than 25 years' experience across the NHS and private healthcare. He is a qualified mental health nurse and a former hospital manager. He has been a registered manager with Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW) and has worked as a specialist adviser for the CQC.
He also holds directorships in adult social care, UK healthcare regulation and occupational health.
