Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with sight, hearing, movement or memory difficulties. This statement explains how we have built it, and how to tell us about a problem.
Last updated 10th October 2026
How we have built this website
- Our text is at least 16 pixels in size. Body text is dark grey on white, with a contrast ratio of more than 12 to 1.
- Buttons and links are at least 48 pixels high, so they are easier to tap.
- Every link, button and form field shows a clear outline when you move to it with a keyboard.
- Every form field has a visible label.
- Moving parts stop if you have asked your device to reduce motion.
- We use plain English and short sentences, with headings that describe each section.
- You can always call us instead of using a form, and speak to a person.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA.
Known limitations
Our checks on 9th October 2026 found no failures against WCAG 2.2 AA. Two parts come from other organisations and are outside our control: the Care Quality Commission's registration widget, and the Google reCAPTCHA check on our enquiry forms, which some people may find hard to use. If you cannot use a form, please call us on 0203 475 9339. If you find a problem we have missed, please tell us. We will tell you when we expect to fix it.
Some content comes from other organisations, such as the Care Quality Commission widget, and we cannot control how accessible it is.
Reporting a problem, or asking for another format
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or you need information in a different format, please tell us.
Phones answered 24 hours a day. Our clinical team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00.
We can provide information in large print, easy read and audio formats. We can also arrange British Sign Language and spoken language interpreters. We reply to your request the same working day during working hours, or the next working day otherwise. We then agree with you how and when we will provide it.
